Plus, we'll let you rent back the home until your new home is completed, eliminating the costs and hassles of moving twice. You don't have to be purchasing a new home to use the Guaranteed Sale Program.

We know most sellers envision many frustrations while their home is on the market. The costs and inconvenience of making necessary improvements to prepare the home for sale can be overwhelming. Also, keeping the house in perfect condition at all times while the home is on the market, plus the thought of total strangers walking through your home can be nerve-racking.

How it works:

The sales price of your home is based upon a Comparative Market Analysis of current sales in your neighborhood, the condition, and the location of your home. We'll provide you with a net sheet that details the costs of the sale and your proceeds. We would then purchase your home for 90% of the value and pay the closing costs. Why would you sell your house for 90% of its market value? Here's why.

Traditional costs of a real estate transaction:

Terms and Conditions:
